On each of your tags are two things.
1 - The things we want to focus on and improve over the next few weeks.
2 - Individualised warm ups, to help focus achieve our goals.
These warms ups identify areas we want to work on, and how we want to paddle. By doing this every session we are working on our goals every session, despite what we do in the actual session. It also helps in remembering our goals.
