One area we identified to work on was bow rudders - We should add this to our goals.
We want to focus on keeping our top hand high.
Take a look at this video - we can easily refilm on another occasion to look for progress.
Sometimes when we have space our bow rudders are better, when we are tight in gates however, we revert back. This I think is because we feel we dont have space and feel tight?
Or there could be a left/right inbalance - ie, we are good on our right but struggle on our left? - have a think - how could we test this?
